GENERAL NOTARIZATION RATES:

$10.00 per signature*

Travel charges apply**

LOAN DOCUMENT PACKAGES:

Loan Signing $150 - $300

• Emergency, Same Day Signing - Additional $50
• Sundays/Holidays - Additional $25
• Half fee charge applies for no show or no signing at appointment
• Cancellation charge of 2 hours or less $35
• Waiting fee (clients who are not ready or available) $15 every 30 minutes.
